Exterior Design

Planning and Design: We collaborate with clients to create a renovation plan and design that meets their needs and preferences. This involves discussing options, proposing solutions, and making design recommendations based on our expertise.

Permit Acquisition: Depending on the nature of the renovation, we may need to obtain permits and approvals from local authorities. We must understand the local building codes and regulations and ensure that all necessary permits are acquired before commencing work.

Procurement of Materials: We are responsible for procuring the required materials for the renovation project. This includes selecting high-quality materials within the client's budget and ensuring timely delivery to the worksite.

Site Preparation: We prepare the exterior area for renovation work. This may involve clearing the site, protecting existing structures, setting up scaffolding or safety measures, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Construction and Installation: We oversee the actual renovation work. This includes coordinating labor and subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring that the work is carried out according to the agreed-upon plan and design specifications.

Quality Control: We are responsible for maintaining quality standards throughout the renovation process. We  ensure that the work meets industry standards, adheres to the agreed-upon design, and complies with local building codes and regulations.

Project Management: We act as project managers, overseeing all aspects of the exterior renovation. We communicate regularly with the client, provide progress updates, address any concerns or issues, and manage the overall workflow to ensure the project stays on track.

Completion and Clean-up: Once the exterior renovation is complete, We are responsible for conducting a final inspection to ensure that all work has been done to satisfaction. We clean up the site, remove debris, and leave the exterior area in a tidy and presentable condition.
